DB’s Kitchen – Terms & Conditions (AGB)
These Terms & Conditions apply to all pre-orders placed on DB’s Kitchen.
1. No Refund Policy
All orders are final. Once a purchase is made, no refunds, cancellations, or changes can be issued under any circumstances. This is because our Seafood Boils are produced fresh, in limited quantities, based strictly on pre-orders.
2. Pre-Order & Pickup Only
DB’s Kitchen operates exclusively as a pre-order and pick-up service. Customers must collect their order during the selected pickup time slot. Orders not picked up on time cannot be refunded or replaced.
3. Allergies & Food Sensitivities
Our dishes may contain:
- shellfish, seafood, fish
- dairy
- eggs
- spices
- garlic, onions
- other common allergens
By placing an order, the customer assumes full responsibility for checking allergens and ensuring they can safely consume our products. DB’s Kitchen does not take any liability for allergic reactions or adverse health effects.
4. Food Handling & Consumption
All Seafood Boils must be consumed within 2 hours after pickup or refrigerated immediately. Improper handling after pickup is the full responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Confirmation
After payment, customers receive an order number by email. This confirmation must be shown at pickup.
6. No On-Site Dining
DB’s Kitchen is a Pop-Up Take-Away only. Consumption on location is not permitted.
7. Accuracy of Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct name, phone number, and email address. DB’s Kitchen is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect information.
8. Pickup Location
All orders must be collected at the following address:
Die Cuisine, Geerenweg 23a, 8048 Zürich
9. Acceptance of Terms
Before completing the purchase, customers must actively tick the following checkbox:
“I have read and agree to the DB’s Kitchen Terms & Conditions, including the no-refund policy and allergy disclaimer.”
